The Booking Process

1. Intake Form

After you've looked through our offered services, the first step is to complete the intake form below. I will get back to you within 48 hours.

2. Contract

Once we have discussed training and I've determined we will be a good fit, I will send over my contract for e-signing. This MUST be completed.

3. Payment

I require payment in advance to secure your sessions. Once this is received we can book your sessions and begin the training journey!
